Financial Literacy &
Life Skills
TCM offers financial literacy classes, life skills, and hands-on experience to help clients move from crisis to stability.
Our financial literacy class includes budgeting, credit repair, saving and investing, and more! We work with Community Foundations and other local partners to provide resources to clients.
Life skills aren’t always passed from generation to generation. TCM provides mentoring and hands on experience to help clients gain skills to make them more marketable to employers.
The Christian Mission is excited to announce the launch of our third 10-week workshop series, beginning Wednesday, March 12, and running through May 21. These workshops are designed to equip our clients with essential skills in financial education, job preparation, mental health, conflict resolution, and how to access community resources. We collaborate with local partners like NC Works, the Community Foundation, Be Well Iredell, and others to provide valuable resources and training.
